Our estate auctions feature some of the most unique antique and vintage finds, offering buyers a chance to discover one-of-a-kind pieces with history and character.  Our real estate auctions create advantages for both buyers and sellers by giving buyers the opportunity to secure properties at competitive prices, while helping sellers achieve faster, more efficient sales than traditional listing methods.  However our team of agents and brokers can also list property using traditional real estate listing as well. 

In addition, we have a 10,000 square foot facility we fondly nicknamed "The Auction Barn", where we held live auctions several times per month since the 1980's. Today, we’ve evolved to meet the needs of modern buyers and sellers by conducting our auctions online through Proxibid and HiBid.
