Giles Moss Auction & Real Estate has over 40 years of professional and efficient service in the auction and real estate industries.  We have real estate brokers and auctioneers on staff with decades of  experience.  We are a full service auction company with a 10,000 square foot auction facility we call "The Auction Barn".  In this facility, we conduct estate auctions and farm/tool auctions.  We also perform auctions off-site and handle everything from advertising to preparing the site for auction.​

Selling real estate via auction is FASTER and EASIER for the seller.  In an auction, property is sold "as-is" with NO WARRANTIES or CONTINGENCIES and due to close within 30 days after the sale.  The auction method of selling real estate heightens buyer interest by offering a SET DAY & TIME for the sale.  This creates competition among the buyers and encourages them to act immediately or risk losing the opportunity to buy.  Sometimes prices CAN EXCEED the price of a traditional listing.
