We have over 40 years of professional and efficient service in the auction and real estate business. We sell homes, commercial property, industrial property, and open land/lots. We have professional real estate brokers and auctioneers on staff who are licensed in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.
We are also a full service auction company with a 10,000 square foot facility we call "The Auction Barn". We conduct estate sales and farm/tool auctions inside our Auction Barn.
We also perform auctions off-site and handle everything from advertising to preparing the site for auction.

R. Giles Moss graduated from Nashville Auction School in February 1980. He is a lifetime member in good standing with the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina, where he received license #2036. Giles also graduated from Mingle School of Real Estate and has both his NC and SC real estate broker licenses. He is the broker in charge for R. Giles Moss Auction & Real Estate.
Giles received auctioneers license #003870R for the state of SC and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association. As a motivated self-starter who is familiar with the area, Giles has the knowledge to get your property sold on time and at a competitive price.
Benjamin Moss

Benjamin Moss is a graduate of Mendenhall Auction School and Pfeiffer University where he majored in Pre-Law. Ben is a licensed auctioneer in NC and licensed real estate broker in NC & SC. Ben is full of creativity, and he makes auctions fun! In his spare time, he enjoys spending time golfing, spending time with family & friends, and traveling.

LuAnn Wray is a licensed real estate broker in NC & SC. She has been working with her brother, Giles, for over 27 years in the auction & real estate industry. She is a top producer committed to providing clients with a seamless experience whether they are the buyer or seller. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping and going to the beach.
Thomas Moss

Thomas is a graduate of Carolina Auction Academy. He is a licensed auctioneer in NC and licensed real estate broker in NC & SC. He began working with his father at a young age and as the right hand man for his father Giles, he has many roles in the business. In his spare time, he enjoys duck hunting, golfing, and card games.
